We now kick off our weekend in the garden, harvesting some produce and taking it to Arte-Zans Cakes, Pastries and Desserts in Geeveston. At the moment it’s heirloom lettuces and some cooking greens. As the soil warms up and the plants grow up we’ll be expanding the range. The only problem with this arrangement is that it seems to be impossible to leave the shop without one of Becky’s sweet treats or some Huon Me Crumpet Co crumpets!
Arte-Zans Cakes, Pastries and Desserts is at 20b Church St Geeveston. It’s open 10-3pm Saturday and Sunday.
